We will continue to gather competitive intelligence (CI) to maintain the Database. HOWEVER, WE WILL NOT COMPETE OR DISRUPT THE BUSINESS OF THE PARTY THAT PURCHASES THE DATABASE. The Database operates on Microsoft Access relational database management system.  It is always available from Microsoft 365 secure OneDrive cloud.
